Overview: What is Trezor® Suite?
Trezor® Suite is the official desktop application and browser companion for managing cryptocurrencies with your Trezor® Hardware Wallet. It keeps private keys isolated on the device, provides portfolio and transaction management, and integrates firmware updates and device settings into one secure interface.
Getting started: Download & install
Begin at trezor.io/start to select the correct Trezor® Suite Download for Windows, macOS, or Linux. The page will also prompt you if you need Trezor® Bridge — a small local service that enables communications between your computer and the device. Always use official links to avoid scams.
Logging in: Trezor® Wallet Login
There is no password stored on the app — the Trezor® Wallet Login flow requires connecting your hardware device and entering your PIN on the physical unit. The Suite merely displays account data and constructs transactions which you review and confirm on-device.
Common problems & fixes
- Trezor® login not working / Unable to login Trezor: Confirm Bridge is installed, try a different USB cable/port, and check for pending firmware updates in Suite.
- Error Connecting Trezor® Account / Can't verify Trezor® Wallet: Disable browser extensions that interfere with USB, or use the native Suite app instead of the web interface.
- Trezor® Suite App not working: Reinstall Suite, reboot your computer, and ensure your OS allows the Bridge service through firewall settings.
Account recovery & 2FA
If you need Trezor® Account Recovery, use your original 12/24-word recovery seed strictly on a Trezor® device via the Suite's recovery flow. Do not type seeds into random sites or cloud notes. For a Trezor® 2fa reset: Trezor® stores keys on-device; service-level two-factor authentication must be reset with the third-party provider — Trezor® cannot reset an external service's 2FA for you.
When to contact the Trezor® Help Center
Open a ticket at the official Trezor® Help Center for firmware failures, unusual device behavior, or verified troubleshooting steps that you cannot resolve locally. Keep correspondence within official channels and never disclose your recovery seed.
